OK, the chocolate chip cookie recipe I lifted from Royall's blog is AMAZING! Jenny and Mark made them tonight and they were so good. We didn't refrigerate them, that's pretty much the only instruction we omitted. Thanks Royall! :))
I know it is so hard to make cookie dough and wait until the next day to bake it and eat! When I made them I only put half the dough in the fridge so I had some instant gratification!

ReplyDeleteDid it make a difference? Was the refrigerated cookie better than the unrefrigerated cookie? These were so good!
ReplyDeleteThe theory behind refrigerating the dough is that the flavors will blend but I didn't notice much of a difference.
